The effectiveness of an infant mentoring project

An inquiry into the links between child care director-caregiver mentoring and quality of infant care programs, based on a sample of 52 caregivers from 27 centers in south central Pennsylvania, assessed using the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS), the Arnett Caregiver Observation Scale, the Bloom Organizational Climate Scale, and the Knowledge of Infant Development Inventory (KIDI)
