Building better for families: Policy strategies for the co-location of early care and education facilities and affordable housing

This paper is primarily focused on policy changes that could incent developers to incorporate ECE facilities in housing developments. As such, I conducted interviews with affordable housing developers, employees at state housing and finance authorities, third party partners of co-location projects and related subject matter experts.
