This appendix for “Study of Nutrition and Activity in Child Care Settings: Summary of findings” includes the following information about the nutrient content of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) meals; CACFP meals served compared to CACFP meal patterns, 2015 DGA, and HEI guidelines; variety, frequency, and contribution to key nutrients of CACFP foods; availability of fresh produce and water; and food service policies and practices.
