Examining implementation and sustainability of positive behavior support in child care centers


The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation and sustainability of early childhood PBS via the lens of implementation science for community-based child care and Head Start centers in a Midwest state. We were particularly interested in the status of PBS PD because (1) a program usually starts the implementation of PBS by receiving PBS PD and (2) PBS PD experiences are essential to establish initial and sustainable competence within the program to support implementation.
